At Nova Design Build, we believe every home should reflect its owner’s personality. We also believe that our customers should be involved every step of the way, from the initial design consultation to the final touches on their project.

Our Four Step Process

Schedule Consultation

During the initial consultation, our team will plan a visit to your site. This is where you express your vision to us as we work together to start shaping the big picture.

Design and Materials

The design phase is one of the most crucial parts of our process. During this phase you will meet with our designer and start to see your ideas become a reality.

Construction

Once we have finalized all your layouts and materials from the design phase, the construction phase will begin. This is the fun part where we update you daily on what to expect for the upcoming days until your project is completed.

Finalize and Warranty

At this point, we can make any final adjustments to your project before it goes into warranty mode so that everything is perfect. We offer a one year warranty on our workmanship and materials.

Project Timeline

Although they specialize in design-build, they gave us the flexibility to bring our own design vision to life and executed it well. We appreciated their honest, fair, and solutions-oriented approach whenever challenges arose, and Tate was always quick to address any issues. Communication was good —Tate was always just a phone call or text away and welcomed feedback to ensure we were completely satisfied with the final result. We were also impressed by how accurate their initial budget estimate was, with very little difference between the original projection and the final cost. After talking to multiple remodeling companies, I read their reviews and chose them to complete my projects, and they lived up to all the 5 star ratings I had seen/read. And now I add my 5 stars, as the Nova team remodeled my kitchen and bathroom and we are extremely pleased with how our bathrooms and the kitchen look. They are respectful, honest, communication is great as you are updated every step of the way. They were kind enough to accommodate adjustments that I requested along the way and this team was very easy to work with. All work was completed on time and to very high quality workmanship. The final result looks better than I had anticipated. I highly recommend them if you are looking to complete projects in your home.
